Darling Heights is interesting to work in because you've got two completely different worlds sitting next to each other. Around the USQ campus you've got share houses and rentals that have been running hard for decades — students cramming power boards into every room, multiple fridges, gaming setups, air cons going flat out in summer. Those properties were built in the 80s and 90s and the wiring was never designed for that kind of load. You pull up to a job on a street near Baker Street and you already know what you're probably walking into.

The brick homes here are generally solid, but that build era had its quirks.
